Independent Dental Practices Drive RSS Marketing

The Federal Healthcare Reform approved in 2010 includes several provisions related to dental and oral health that will increase the number of patients who can receive treatment, thereby boosting industry revenue.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) states that pediatric dental care must be included as part of the minimum essential coverage for individuals through the state-run health exchanges. Pediatric Medicaid expansion plans also provide growth opportunities for the Dental industry because this market segment has an unmet need. Increased government funding from the PPACA will likely lead to profit-margin expansion opportunities given the anticipated higher demand in pediatric practices, while predicting lower demand for lower margin dental lab work.

These factors and their lucrative profit margins have spurned the growth of dental practice management companies (DPMCs), which are large companies that provide services for multiple dental industry offices under the guise of cost reductions which it touts as “shared costs for better business”. Since these companies also buy independent practices, their growing dominance is leading to potential industry consolidation. Thus lower profits for new members and long term contractual obligations to keep them from independent practice and escaping the no-compete clauses for several years.

What happens to independent practices in the “shared costs better business”?

Typical of the DPMC’s is the pre-packaged online footprint it offers to the independent practices, a simple array of what these DPMC’s are touting as Search Engine Optimized (SEO), websites, back-end patient management and cloud based patient connection / interaction systems, that historically have less than 3.5% engagement among the actual patients.   Their inspiring, compelling and beautiful Snake Oil visualizations, all web hosted by the DPMC’s, have more fluff than essentials for the growth of an independent practice.

The Bottom line for independents like Mesa AZ orthodontist Dr Tyler Robison of Robison Orthodontics and The Robison Dental Group, a Mesa AZ Dentist Gary Robison, is the fact that their territory is going to be defined based on enrollment and service saturation, thus your practices extended reach and potential for expansion is severely limited, especially in the higher profit margin arena of Pediatrics and Orthodontics. And as far as SEO, it’s simply your name and practice, nothing for the search engines to distinguish you from any other practice, which mean nothing more for you than your name, and Google forbid, there are same and similar names among the territory you once may have commanded online with your keyword optimized marketing website(s) and online assets.

Dental Industry Marketing For Independent Practices.

RSS SEO Marketing Information

Web content syndication, commonly known as RSS, or Real Simple Syndication, is one of the most effective and easiest ways to promote your website. RSS SEO helps readers find your website and improve its visibility by syndicating your web content to RSS readers or RSS directories while building inbound links to your site.
Sharing your content with other websites increases your chances of being found in the search engines, thus providing you with more readers and increased traffic. Since syndicated content gives your website a bigger digital footprint on the internet it makes it easier for people to find you.
The more visible your website is, the more traffic and revenue you will get. This is just one way that RSS SEO helps your website.

RSS SEO Marketing Search Engine Value

Another way that RSS SEO helps your website is through backlinks. When other sites link to your website, it tells the Google search engines that your site is trustworthy and popular. This prompts Google, as well as other search engines, to push your website higher up in the rankings so that more people can find you. When you syndicate your content on other sites, directories or RSS readers, each of these sites provides a backlink to your site.
The more you syndicate your website, the more backlinks you receive.
Custom RSS SEO Marketing is one of the easiest ways to promote your website because you don’t need to know any HTML code to do it. All you need to do is submit your RSS feed to RSS directories. The directories and other sites do all the work by pulling the content from your website and syndicating it.
You only need to supply your RSS feed once and your job is complete. Every time you update your website, the RSS directories automatically pull the new content from the site and syndicates it for you.  Our Custom RSS Solutions are fully integrated with Video RSS SEO Marketing as seen here.
Constantly building new backlinks is important. Websites are always acquiring new backlinks, either through people sharing a website with others or through RSS readers and directories, and as soon as your competitor gets more backlinks than you they will get a higher ranking in online searches, thus getting more traffic than you.
With RSS SEO, you never have to worry about this because the RSS directories are constantly building backlinks for you. All you have to do is concentrate on building and updating your website, while you leave the technical stuff to the RSS feed.
As you can see, RSS SEO is a crucial and highly important tool for any webmaster.

7 Tips for Choosing Good Illustrations & Images for Website/Blog

Images play a leading role on any website. Therefore, their choice is an important and demanding task. Illustrations (as well as design) is the "face" of the site, which can be as pleasant to the client as it does not like - or not cause any emotion at all. How to choose such images so that they work for you as much as possible, and not against you?

7 Tips for Choosing Good Illustrations & Images for Website/Blog 1

1. Think about the goal

Ask yourself, what kind of picture are you looking for, what should it illustrate, what emotions should it evoke? If this is an announcement of the article, then the goal is to force the user to open and read the entire article, that is, the picture should be intriguing. If selling lending - then the picture should encourage buying (and therefore, cause some positive emotions).

If you sell a self-stick, you do not need to spread out a dozen or two separate photos of this product - better show what photos you can make, how compact it is in your purse, how happy the photos are people who use it 🙂

Your goal is to sell the goods.

If you need an image for the background of the site, look at calm, one-color options that will not distract the incoming people from basic information.

2. Supplement the information, but do not repeat it

It is at this stage that many make the main mistake - instead of adding information to the page, the image simply repeats it.

This idea partially overlaps with the first advice - think about how the image can help you reach your goal, and not that "the designer said that you need to insert two pictures here." Do not use images where they are not needed - this will only distract potential customers.

And - on the contrary - if you have a cool picture, sometimes you do not need to write anything else, or somehow supplement it (examples can often be found in Instagram). It is much easier to show one or two quality photos of a product than to try to describe it in several sentences.

3. Choose atypical photos

Let's be honest - the network is now full of all kinds of images, visitors' attention is difficult to attract and even more difficult to retain. Therefore, choose what is not on other sites, what will set you apart from the rest of the gray crowd. Stock photos, on which the same thing is imprinted in the same places and in the same forms, are already nagging. Look, look and again look for - do not miss a more or less suitable picture on the first page of the issue.

Ways to achieve this: an unusual picture - or its cropping (cutting out a certain part) - or the original processing (color correction, adding elements, etc.).

4. Take a photo yourself

One of the most obvious solutions to the problem described in the previous paragraph. A beautiful photo of your own authorship is, first, the rapprochement of you with your customers. It's one thing - pictures purchased in stock, and quite another - a photo that was made especially for you, my dear visitor to my portal. Secondly, this rapprochement causes trust: you sell exactly what is shown on your website.

By the way, some companies are going the same way, posting real photographs of their employees (and not these made-as-a-smiling European faces).

5. Carefully choose photos with people

Photos with people are dangerous because often the emotions that they need to evoke are falsified. Surely you yourself noticed all these successful specialists in strict suits, happy plumbers, cheerful fitness ladies, etc. Russian realities (and just real life) are different from what is usually depicted in these photographs - and people immediately feel this discrepancy.

Therefore, in a situation with photos of people - as well as in general - it is better to choose atypical images. For example, those that are removed from unusual angles. Also popular are photos taken from the first person, as they look dynamic and original.

The most honest seem to be slightly imperfect photos with people - such photos and cause positive emotions.

6. Be brave

Provocation can be an effective way to attract attention to a particular product or article on your site. And you need to choose not just an atypical photo - but bright, catchy, contrasting, modern and out of the ordinary! It must be something for which the eye will surely catch on and will long be considered.

However, do not forget to track goals and feedback from your visitors (or customers) - it's easy to over-bend a stick and instead of an interesting image choose a frightening or evincing dislike.

In general I will give this advice: if you do not know whether it's beautiful or ugly, interesting or unpleasant, then conduct a mini-survey among your friends-acquaintances-colleagues (or even better, among your target audience) in order to make sure that The image will cause exactly that emotion and the interest that you are counting on.

7. Choose high-quality images

There's even nothing to add here - your images should be clear, with high resolution and professional processing.

The image you selected from the very beginning should be large - do not try to stretch a small picture to the size you need. Do not try to make a clearer picture, which is much blurred. Do not try to even out the tone of the picture if you see that it is too dark (and marred).

Where to search for pictures?

There are paid and free stock images. And there's always Google (which can also send you to one of the drains). Here only a few are mentioned.

Paid drains:

Free drains:

I found a picture, what next?

I will not talk in detail about how to properly process an image for a site, you can read about it in my other article, "Optimizing Images for the Web ." In this article I will focus only on the main points:

  1. Optimize the image. Namely: reduce its size and weight, so that the picture (and the page itself) is loaded faster.
  2. Use different sizes for different devices. If your site can be viewed on various devices, from a computer to a mobile phone, then it makes sense to make multiple images with different sizes in order for each device to display a suitable adapted image.
  3. Indicate copyrights (if any).
  4. Describe the alt attribute of all images. This optimization will help you get additional traffic from search engines.
  5. Describe the title attribute of all images. The tooltip will pop up when you hover over the image. Trifle, but nice.

Good illustrations for the site - is thoughtfully selected images that are original, interesting and generally attract attention (but not distract him from the main). These are necessarily high-quality, but at the same time optimized photos or drawings, which should either be searched on the sink, or created independently. By the way, it's a good idea to order images from professionals - designers or photographers.

So people just log on and search for whatever they want. This way if they happen to search for something that you are selling and if you happen to be in the top list then there is higher probability of that person to buy the goods from you than some other company which he might see was on top had you not done SEO.

People have started using mobiles a lot of usual browsing and searching and in that if you happen to do a mobile friendly optimization then the person searching for what he wants will get to your website more easily than others and hence it will be very useful for you as you do not have much capital for the large advertisements.

Yes. No matter how good you are at SEO or how big and SEO firm you hire, your content is what is ultimately going to be judged on to give you a good rank in the results. So this point actually applies to both big and small businesses; so all in all one has to keep this in mind.

When you just put your website, you can get a lot of hits and traffic, but it is not necessary that all that traffic will convert into customers. But with SEO, you can make sure that the people you reach your website will be the most relevant ones. This means that there are chances of a high conversion rate overall and this can be very beneficial for any small business.

The above given benefits of SEO is a clear indication why Search Engine Optimization is so important, especially for small businesses. Hence it is good to invest in SEO companies for small businesses as they have some great SEO plans which will be nothing but beneficial for the businesses overall in the short as well as long term.

Reasons for Error 404 “PAGE NOT FOUND”

What is Error 404 or "PAGE NOT FOUND ERROR"?

Many of time such instances have taken place where all of us have seen the error message: “Error 404: Page not found” after loading a page. What is depicts and in the first place why this error occurs any why? The reason of the error is that when you put up your request to the server, then it comes to know that this particular page in not present on the server at the moment. It can be because of a variety of the reasons and occurs on the Client side.

Adverse effects

What is the critical effect of 404 error?

It impacts users in a negative way. It makes your website suffer from the much-decreased rate of the overall traffic because the users want swift, rapid responses and much less load time. When the users are headed with this error they get annoyed and completely close the tab and merely retry coming to that web page. The issue is more critical when users are more interested in your competitor or rivalry websites.

There are some of the reasons for this scenario. A brief study of them is as follows.

Websites are the subject to continuous changes. These changes may include deleting file, renaming the existing ones or moving within the main website. Despite the fact that webmaster makes sure that the links/ pages being moved or deleted permanently does not appear on the website, but it is not possible to change the previous external link to the renamed and deleted pages. The links that are present in the external sites and specifically in the cache of any device will link to the old versions of the pages.

Many of the people make typing mistakes. The probabilities of the mistakes have been increased even more with the increased use of smartphones. Because the area dedicated for typing i.e. the address bar, in them is not very wide. The people with eyesight issues suffer even more in this case.

If you have a website that requires consumers interactions like online buying sites then changing your address will make you suffer. As the cards you distributed earlier will be having the old address and people will type that in the search bar and will be hit by the error.

Resolving the matter

Some of the steps can be taken to give the users proper knowledge about what have been done. This includes some factors that are listed below.

Take the blame on your side

The term “Error” appears to be frustrating and annoying. Also, the phrases like you have tried to access a page that does not exist puts a kind of blame over the user that they have made some mistake. Try to deliver a user-friendly and informative message rather than putting the error.

Add fun

Instead of making 404 errors boring and frustrating try adding some fun people will like it. Moreover, they will be indulged in the error displayed rather than finding it boring and completely not coming to the website. One such example can be found on

Provide a proper suggestion

Despite showing an error message give the proper description about the reason of the error. Give them the proper guideline to the user for assisting them with proper direction. Provide them with the proper link to click on to rather than leaving them with the situation to hit the back button.

Try to keep the 404 messages simple and understandable. Use a basic structure that can help the user rather than give him no idea of the situation. Keep the design of the error dialog same to that of the website. So things appear familiar to the user.

Yahoo practices this phenomenon as it keeps the layout and design of the error same to that of the main website.

Keep it basic

Do not complicate the 404 error message; it should depict the basic and necessary information. It must direct your users to the direction they were heading toward, but had to come across this error.

One such example is the 404 error message of digital photography school. It along with the 404 error message gives the post recently posted data on the websites.
